Booking:

• Advance booking is required.

Confirmation:

• Email confirmation is sent immediately after booking.
  It includes details like the company’s phone number, meeting location, and tour time. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at tours@RevolutionaryToursNYC.com or call 917 475-6839.

Refunds/Cancellations:

• 48-hour cancellation policy.
  • If you cancel your tour 48 hours before the scheduled time, you can reschedule or request a refund.
  • If you miss this 48-hour timeframe, no refunds, credits, rescheduling, or exchanges are given.
  • If we cancel due to severe weather, low registration (less than six participants for a tour), or other reasons, you’ll get a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
• Severe weather policy:
  • If severe weather is forecasted, we will contact you with options to reschedule or refund. Otherwise, tours are held in all weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.).

Safety:

• Your safety is your responsibility.
  You are responsible for the safety of yourself and anyone with you during the tour. Be cautious of uneven ground and stairs, busy roads, and bike, scooter, and vehicular traffic. By joining a tour, you accept the risks involved.
